Cancellation policy – if you cancel 7 days or less before your stay, the deposit is “forfeited”, but we will certainly find another solution. Child under 3 years – 200 CZK / 1 night

Child 4 years and older pays full price.

Baby cot with bed linen for the duration of the stay free of charge.

Baby chairs are available in the rooms.

Please note:

• in the summer months we accept a minimum of 3 day booking
• during weekends and holidays we accept minimum of 2 day booking
• we will expect you after 2 pm and see you off by 10 am, please let us know in advance if you arrive after 6 pm
• we are “room” non-smokers
• no pets allowed
• if you wish, we will of course lend you an iron and ironing board free of charge
• we do not serve breakfast, it is possible to have breakfast in the nearby coffee shop Knoll
• accommodation for 1 night – additional charge 150 CZK

For the season from March to October, we request advance payments. We will provide you with the account number, advance payment amount, and VS upon confirmation of the order. Advance payment amount – 25% of the price.

In case of booking 3 days or less before the stay, payment in cash without deposit on the spot.
